Producers Sued Over Rights to ‘Terminator 4’

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Moritz Borman and Onda Entertainment have accused Halcyon Holding Group and Dominion Group of hijacking production of "Terminator 4," shutting them out, and refusing to pay $2.5 million due as the balance of Borman's producer fee. Defendants misrepresented their industry qualifications in order to get Borman to help fund the film and transfer rights to the "Terminator" franchise, plaintiffs claim in Superior Court.
