The Professional Basketball Club (Seattle Supersonics nka Oklahoma City Thunder) used his stadium photo without permission on the NBA Web site, architectural photography specialist Jackie Shumaker claims in Denver Federal Court.

John Ibarra, former manager of mixed-martial arts fighter Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, claims fighter Tito Ortiz defamed him. Ibarra also sued a slew of media outlets, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
