Jockey Gary Stevens claims Southern State Cooperative uses his image to sell fertilizer and seed products without his permission, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court.

NetJets Sales claims Gregory Feste, the Austin Wranglers and others defrauded it by using corporate money for personal purposes, and defaulting on $331,000 owed for 27 flights allegedly made on business related to the arena football team.
