WASHINGTON (CN) - Federal prisoners going on furlough must agree to pay for a breathalyzer or urinalysis or other comparable testing upon their return to prison, according to rules adopted by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Minimum security prisoners may leave the prison for up to 30 days, under certain circumstances, such as to take care of a family crisis, participate in a class, or establish ties to a community before the prisoner's release.
