Prison toilets

CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit revived a disabled inmate’s pro se lawsuit claiming he was repeatedly forced to defecate on himself, finding he has plausibly alleged prison officials intentionally denied him access to a handicapped-accessible toilet.
