Hector Aguiluz Pineda, who was in immigration jails for 6½ years, claims that Immigration and Customs Enforcement and CoreCivic fka Corrections Corporation of America, violated his civil rights, injured him and committed medical malpractice by dosing him with psychotropic drugs though he did not want or need them, in L.A. Federal Court.
