ST. PAUL (CN) - A Catholic priest had sexual relations with a married woman whom he was counseling, then moved in with her and had sex with her minor daughter, the girl claims in Ramsey County Court. Jane Doe 120 claims Fr. Francisco "Fredy" Montero Monar repeatedly had "offensive sexual contact" with her during 2007.
She demands damages from the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis for multiple counts of negligence. She is represented by Jeffrey Anderson.
