Price-Gouging Investigations

A federal court in Kentucky granted a preliminary injunction to the Online Merchant’s Guild to halt investigations into alleged price-gouging by Amazon retailers. The state attorney general’s investigations and threats of enforcement have an “impermissible extraterritorial effect on interstate commerce.”
