Price-Fixing Alleged On Pacific Flights

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Twelve major airlines, includingAir Chinaand United, conspired to fix prices for transpacific passenger flights and the "fuel surcharges" for them, an antitrust complaint claims in Federal Court.

Here are the defendants accused of rigging prices of flights from LAX and SFO: Air New Zealand, All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, China Airlines, Eva Airlines, Japan Airlines International, Malaysia Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Qantas Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airlines, United Airlines.
