Preservationists Try To Save Seattle Building

SEATTLE (CN) - Historical preservationists sued the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco to try to save the Seattle Federal Reserve Bank Building, which Seattle wants to buy, demolish and turn into a Seattle Monorail station. The Committee for the Preservation of the Seattle Federal Reserve Bank Building says the 1950s-era building should be preserved as an historical landmark.

The committee is represented in Federal Court by Peter Eglick with Eglick, Kiker & Whited.
