Prescription Drugs

CVS Caremark, Longs Drug Store, Albertson's, Wal-Mart and other retailers conspired with McKesson Corp. and First Data Bank to inflate the wholesale price of drugs, a class action claims in San Francisco Federal Court.

Here are the defendants in the 100-page complaint: CVS Caremark, Longs Drug Store The Kroger Co., New Albertson's, Rite Aid, Safeway, Supervalu, Walgreen, and Wal-Mart Stores.
