CHICAGO - Fifteen complaints claim that Novartis Pharmaceuticals failed to warn people who took Tegretol, an anti-convulsant/epilepsy drug, that they could develop Stevens-Johnson syndrome, a skin disease with "potentially fatal adverse reactions."
