WILMINGTON, Del. (CN) — A Delaware vice chancellor grants the National Hockey League’s request to compel arbitration of the claims brought by a minority owner of the Pittsburgh Penguins, whose controlling owners agreed to transfer a controlling ownership interest in the team to other investors. As required by the NHL Constitution, the NHL Commissioner will mediate the dispute.
