Poultry Farmers Lose Discrimination Appeal

BOSTON (CN) - Two poultry farmers who claimed the Puerto Rican Department of Agriculture denied them loans and tax credits because they chose not to join a government-sponsored production "nucleus" failed to convince the 1st Circuit that they were victims of foul treatment.
