WASHINGTON — A federal court in Washington denied the Postal Police Officers Association’s request for a preliminary injunction in its case accusing the U.S. Postal Service and Postmaster General Louis DeJoy of exceeding the agency’s authority by restricting the officers’ law enforcement jurisdiction to Postal Service property.
