New internal documents from the U.S. Postal Service obtained by the House Committee on Oversight show a decline in mail service and delivery since Postmaster General Louis DeJoy has implemented sweeping cutbacks to the agency, including telling service employees to delay sorting and delivery if it means they will accrue overtime.
