Post Office Accused Of Privacy Violations

MANHATTAN (CN) - The U.S. Postal Service violates its employees' privacy by demanding private medical records from their doctors and health-care providers, with no notice to employees, and instructing the doctors "that they need not inform the employee of the disclosure of his or her protected health information," the National Association of Letter Carriers claims in Federal Court.
