MANHATTAN (CN) - The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and WTC Retail filed two federal lawsuits Thursday, accusing 17 major airlines and security companies of negligently enabling terrorists to seize American Airlines Flights 11 and 175 and crash them into the World Trade Center towers on Sept. 11, 2001.
Plaintiffs are represented by Keith Harris with Milton Pacther.
Here are the defendants: American Airlines Inc.; AMR Corp.; UAL Corp.; United Airlines; Massachusetts Port Authority; The Boeing Co.; Colgan Air Inc.; US Airways Group Inc.; US Airways Inc.; Delta Airlines Inc.; Continental Airlines Inc.; Midway Airlines; Huntleigh USA Corp.; ICTS International NV; Burnes International Security Services Corp.; Pinkerton's Inc.; and Securitas AB.
