Pork Prices

Pork purchasers did not sufficiently plead their conspiracy claims against some of the nation’s leading pork producers, a federal court in Minnesota ruled. The plaintiffs claimed producers engaged in a conspiracy to control the price of pork by decreasing the total production of the animal products.
