Pork prices settlement

ST. PAUL — A federal court in Minnesota granted final approval of the class-action settlement agreement between a class of commercial buyers who indirectly purchased uncooked pork products and a U.S. meat producer that allegedly engaged in anti-competitive practices alongside other alleged co-conspirators who are not party to this settlement. The producer, Clemens Food Group and the Clemens Family Corporation, must pay $7.75 million.
