TAMPA (CN) - A St. Petersburg Times photographer sued pop singers Chris Brown and Rihanna Kenny, claiming their bodyguards assaulted him outside the co-defendant Vintage Ultra Lounge, in Pinellas County Court, Fla.
New Birth claims Fuqua III Productions, Harvey Fuqua, Jerry Weintraub and Marvin Zolt owe it royalties on a deal with RCA, and demands rescission of the band's contract with its defendant managers, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
V.P. Music Group sued six defendants in a dispute over rights to several recordings, including the CDs "Rub-a-Dub," "Guardian Angel," and "Mavado." The dispute also involves recordings by Windel Edwards pka Gyptian, Shauna McKenzia pka Etana, Clifton Bailey pka Capleton, and others.
