Pop Sensation Rihanny Kenny Sued by Photog

TAMPA (CN) - A St. Petersburg Times photographer sued pop singers Chris Brown and Rihanna Kenny, claiming their bodyguards assaulted him outside the co-defendant Vintage Ultra Lounge, in Pinellas County Court, Fla.

New Birth claims Fuqua III Productions, Harvey Fuqua, Jerry Weintraub and Marvin Zolt owe it royalties on a deal with RCA, and demands rescission of the band's contract with its defendant managers, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

V.P. Music Group sued six defendants in a dispute over rights to several recordings, including the CDs "Rub-a-Dub," "Guardian Angel," and "Mavado." The dispute also involves recordings by Windel Edwards pka Gyptian, Shauna McKenzia pka Etana, Clifton Bailey pka Capleton, and others. Here are the defendants in Manhattan Federal Court: Tad's Record, Tad A. Dawkins, Tad A. Dawkins Jr., Kemar McGregor, No Doubt Records, and No Doubt Productions.
