Pool Restriction Not Racially Motivated

A chancery court judge in Delaware ruled that an interracial family with an autistic son did not prove that the homeowner’s association or property management agent barred them from using the community pool because of any discriminatory reasons.

GEORGETOWN, Del. – A chancery court judge in Delaware ruled that an interracial family with an autistic son did not prove that the homeowner’s association or property management agent barred them from using the community pool because of any discriminatory reasons.

The family was barred as part of a dispute over the alteration of their driveway without written approval.
