Ponzi Victims Say Radio Pitched The Fraud

MANHATTAN (CN) - Investors claim William Goren defrauded people of "tens of millions of dollars" in a Ponzi scheme based on "New Age" and "New Times" promissory funds and mutual funds. They claim that Adriane Berg plugged the scheme on WABC-AM Radio, that Mony Life Insurance Co. let Goren work out of its office, and Bank of America, as successor to Fleet Bank, negligently facilitated the fraud, in New York County Court.
