Ponzi settlement

OAKLAND, Calif. — A federal court in California granted final approval to a $3.75 million settlement in favor of the members in a class action against Wells Fargo over its role in an alleged Ponzi scheme run by Jerome and Shaun Cohen. Class counsel gets $937,000 in attorney fees.
