Ponzi Scheme Allegedly Took $1.2 Million

MARTINEZ, CALIF. (CN) - K Platinum Group and affiliates defrauded people of $1.2 million in a real-estate pyramid scheme led by Kanya Coleman, Jorie Wright and Yvonne Gamble, 19 plaintiffs claim in Contra Costa County Court.

Here are the defendants: K Platinum Group, K Platinum International Associates, K Platinum International Group, K Platinum Realty, Kanya Coleman, Jorie Wright, Yvonne Gamble, Christopher Pham (an attorney), New York Life Insurance Co., CRES Insurance Services, and Blue Sky Living Trust.
