Ponzi Scheme Alleged in Utah

SALT LAKE CITY (CN) - A woman demands $2.8 million and treble damages, claiming in Federal Court that she was one of the "largest and earliest victims" in a "Teach Me To Trade" Ponzi scheme run by Roger E. Taylor; Richard T. Smith and others.

Here are the defendants: Roger E. Taylor, Richard T. Smith, Smith Holdings, Ascendus Capital Management, FFCF Investors LLC, Great Eastern Securities, Touch Trade, Tom Newren, LBS Management, Hans B. Andersen, Hans Andersen Accounting, HJ & Associates, and Franklin Hunt.
