Ponzi Scheme

The court-appointed receiver sued Eric R. Enloe, Sharlene W. Enloe, Jayhawk Enterprises, et al. in Utah federal court, claiming they made $2 million from Gaylen Dean Rust’s $200 million silver-trading Ponzi scheme.
