Ponzi Pastors

SANTA ANA, Calif. — Two pastors are running a $25 million Ponzi scheme targeting Vietnamese-Americans in Orange County, Calif., through “their purported church, The Church for the Healthy Self, aka CHS Trust … and CHS Asset Management … operating out of a strip mall in Westminster, Calif.,” the SEC claims in a federal complaint .
