LOS ANGELES (CN) - Pom Wonderful, which popularized pomegranate juice, sued Coca-Cola and Fresherized Foods for false advertising and unfair competition in two federal complaints. Pom claims Coca-Cola falsely claims that its "Pomegranate Blueberry" juice is made primarily from those fruits, but it's actually mostly apple and grape, and that Fresherized falsely advertises its product as "100% pomegranate juice," though it is not.
