FRESNO, Calif. — Under the terms of a federal settlement agreement in California, Fresno County will let the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fresno be a designated voter ballot drop-box location for at least four years. The church was removed as a polling place because it refused to cover up Black Lives Matter banners on its property.
