GREEN BAY, Wis. — A federal district court denied Wisconsin Family Action’s request for a preliminary injunction in its suit challenging donor disclosure requirements under the Federal Election Campaign Act. The conservative group “need not refrain from spending more than $250 on independent expenditures in order to protect the identities of its donors,” the court wrote.
