MANHATTAN — A federal judge ruled that, while it’s “certainly troubling” that asylum-seekers may be deported due to incorrect notices of court hearings, or no notice at all, and notice being sent to children, and to people who cannot read, the plaintiffs can appeal to the Bureau of Immigration Appeals, so he dismissed the case.
