Police Station Access

Class action plaintiffs provided sufficient evidence that individuals with mobility disabilities cannot access many stations in the New York Police Department’s 77th precinct, a federal court in New York ruled.

MANHATTAN – A federal judge granted summary judgment to a class who claimed that individuals with mobility disabilities could not access many stations in the New York Police Department’s 77th precinct.
