SAN ANTONIO — A federal court in Texas denied a San Antonio police officer’s request for summary judgment on civil rights and wrongful death claims relating to the death of a man and injuries sustained by two others when the officer fired his gun into the living room of their dwelling. There are unresolved disputes as to whether the officer “acted in an objectively reasonable manner.”
