A federal court in Texas refused to dismiss wrongful death and negligence claims against Bexar County, Texas, in a case relating to the killing of an unarmed woman and six-year-old boy by law enforcement officers who were pursuing the woman because she had outstanding warrants for fraud and credit card abuse.
