A federal court in Texas ruled in favor of a sheriff’s deputy sued by a woman he shot after a roadside disturbance. The unarmed woman said she reached into her waistband because she intended to “display her buttocks” to the deputy. She also claimed she was shot in retaliation for yelling “I hate America.”
