MUSKOGEE, Okla. – A federal court in Oklahoma ruled in favor of law enforcement in an excessive-force dispute stemming from an encounter with a reportedly suicidal woman who had locked herself in a store with a loaded gun. Officers shot the woman seven times as they attempted to enter her business.
