Police Overkill

A man and woman sued Orange County, Calif., in federal court, claiming that sheriff’s deputies ordered them outside a home where they were staying with the owner’s permission, nude, at gunpoint and in handcuffs, without a warrant or probable cause, after someone called in “a suspicious vehicle” parked on the street.
