A married couple claim in federal court that Baytown, Texas police and Harris County sheriff’s officers blew out their windows with explosives, “ransacked everything inside the home, seized and removed several items worth in excess of $10,000,” returned none of it, and falsely arrested them in an alleged drug bust that turned up nothing.
