Twenty-five people filed separate lawsuits against former Jackson County, Fla., sheriff’s Officer Zachary Wester, claiming he <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Police-misconduct.pdf"><strong>planted drugs on them</strong></a>: more than 100 cases Wester brought have been dropped, according to the <strong><a href="https://www.tallahassee.com/story/news/2018/09/25/119-cases-dropped-involving-fired-deputy/1423190002/">Tallahassee Democrat</a></strong>.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — Twenty-five people filed separate lawsuits against former Jackson County, Fla., sheriff’s officer Zachary Wester, claiming he planted drugs on them. More than 100 cases Wester brought have been dropped, the Tallahassee Democrat has reported.
