Police Detail

A federal court in New Hampshire dismissed a late-night lounge’s suit alleging it’s treated differently from other bars because the city of Manchester requires it to hire a police detail when it’s open for business. The city has “broad discretion to condition the continuance” of a business license on the hiring of a police detail, the court ruled.
