Police Chief Sues Ohio Attorney General

CINCINNATI (CN) - The police chief of New Richmond sued the Ohio Attorney General and Clermont County Sheriff in Federal Court, claiming he was arrested with unnecessary force in October. Police Chief David Willoughby had been placed on leave in September while he was investigated on allegations of "misconduct," according to his complaint. According to local media reports, a woman accused Willoughby of stalking and voyeurism.
