Police Brutality Continues, Citizens Say

(CN) - The latest federal complaint against Chicago's Finest accuses Officer DiCarlo, Officer Pace and Unknown Officers of rear-ending Demetrious Sims' car, then dragging him from it, punching and kicking him in the face and rubbing his face in the broken glass. Not to be outdone, four others say they were mauled by Los Angeles County and City of Torrance cops, in two complaints in Los Angeles Federal Court.
