A revised class action <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Pokemon.pdf">settlement</a></strong> over Pokemon Go's placing of digital targets on private property was submitted Thursday for approval by a federal judge in California.

SAN FRANCISCO – A revised class action settlement over Pokemon Go’s placing of digital targets on private property was submitted Thursday for approval by a federal judge in California. The revised settlement includes a procedure that allows future property owners to contact game maker Niantic about removing the targets from their property, as well $4 million for plaintiffs’ attorney fees and costs.
