PLO Missions Are|Business as Usual

WASHINGTON (CN) - President Obama has allowed the Palestine Liberation Organization to continue operating its missions in Washington D.C. and at the United Nations in New York for another six months.

Section 1003 of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1987 imposed a ban on PLO mission operations but since then President Bill Clinton first issued a waiver to the ban in 1994, the ban has been waived every six months.
