Plea Withdrawal

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump’s ex-national security adviser Michael Flynn moved Tuesday to withdraw his guilty plea for lying to the FBI during the probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. In his motion, Flynn says the government breached the plea agreement and acted in bad faith and “vindictiveness.”
