WASHINGTON — An appeals court in Washington dismissed a complaint brought by Inna Khodorkovskaya, wife of exiled Russian tycoon Mikhail Khodorkosvky, in which she claimed that a play called “Kleptocracy” falsely depicted her as a prostitute and murderer.
