Plaxico Burress|Agrees to Prison

MANHATTAN (CN) - NFL star Plaxico Burress pleaded guilty to weapons charges this morning and will go to state prison for 2 years, if a State Supreme Court Judge accepts the agreement. The former New York Giant wide receiver accidentally shot himself in a night club in 2008.

Burress, who caught the winning catch in the 2008 Super Bowl, had an expired Florida license for the gun, but was not allowed to carry it in New York.
