Planned school shooting

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Wyoming Supreme Court ruled a lower court properly declined to transfer to juvenile court a case in which a would-be school shooter was sentenced to up to 20 years in custody. The teenager, who handed the gun and ammunition over to his principal when confronted, pleaded guilty to possession of a deadly weapon with unlawful intent and aggravated assault and battery.
