Planned Parenthood protester claims false arrest

CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois partially denied a police officer’s motion to dismiss a street preacher’s constitutional claims arising from his arrest outside a Planned Parenthood clinic, allowing a false arrest claim to proceed. There are factual disputes over whether the preacher’s amplified speech violated the city’s noise ordinance.
